Domaine Liravel sits within Tavel, the only AOC in France dedicated exclusively to rosé, located in the Gard department directly across the Rhône from Châteauneuf-du-Pape and widely recognised as the country’s greatest rosé appellation. The vineyard’s exceptional terroir combines galets roulés — the characteristic rolled pudding stones of the southern Rhône — with marl and clay, a foundation that drives both power and freshness. The wine is crafted from a complex six-variety blend of 34% Grenache Noir, 18% Mourvèdre, 18% Syrah, 12% Grenache Blanc, 12% Cinsault and 6% Picpoul, harvested entirely by hand.
Aged for 3 to 5 years in bottle.
