Château Lafleur du Roy, founded in 1958 by the Dubost family in Pomerol, is a 4-hectare family estate, with southwest exposure and sandy and gravelly soils rich in iron. 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet-Franc.

  Each plot is managed individually, manual harvesting and destemming. Cold maceration is carried out, and alcoholic fermentation is done with native yeasts. Extraction is achieved through pump-overs and racking. The wine is aged for 15-18 months in oak barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 used from a previous vintage, and 1/3 from two previous vintages).
