Vineyard with southern exposure, at an altitude of between 200 and 250 meters above sea level with clay-limestone and sandstone soil. 60% Cinsault, 40% Syrah.
Hand-harvested in crates. Destemmed by vibration, the grapes pass through a manual sorting table and are then crushed. Vinification at controlled temperature with 25 days of maceration. Aging in stainless steel and concrete tanks.
