Organic Gobelet trained vines. Cultivated completely by hand, with minimal human intervention. The majority of the vines receive no treatments whatsoever. 100% Moscatel de Alejandría.
Late harvest followed by careful selection before press. Fermentation in stainless steel. 140 g. residual sugar. 3.75 kg of grapes are required for each 375 ml bottle. Eight months sur lie in stainless steel tanks.
