Manual harvest in boxes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 2 months at a controlled temperature of between 20 and 22ºC. Aged for up to 6 months on lees.

This superb Alsace Grand Cru dry riesling impresses with finesse and elegance, the power very underplayed, the texture on the palate so silky, the pear and mirabelle aromas so delicate.
