Château Laulerie

The estate was founded in 1977 by three Dubard siblings — two brothers and a sister — among them Serge Dubard, an oenologist trained in Bordeaux. It is the starting point of everything the family holds in the area today.

It lies in Saint-Méard-de-Gurçon, within Montravel, the western end of the Bergerac region, on the right bank of the Dordogne.

Eighty-five hectares of clay-limestone hillsides on asterian terraces, chosen for their aspect. The house occupies an eighteenth-century Périgord farmhouse.

The estate holds HVE certification at level 3, the highest rung of that French sustainability label.
