Este viñedo de 5,5 hectáreas se encuentran en el interior de Valencia, en la parte baja de la sierra L'Ombria, en la localidad de Fontanars dels Alforins a unos 700 metro de altura sobre el nivel del mar con orientación norte y suelo pedregoso arenoso. 50% Monastrell, y otras variedades ancestrales como Arcos, Forcayat del arco, Bonicaire y Rojal.
Crianza en huevo de hormigón durante 14 meses. Embotellado sin filtrar ni clarificar.

The wine that blew me away, the spectacular 2020 Casa Sosegada is a blend of 50% Monastrell with the other 50% ancient varieties like Arco, Forcalla, Bonicaire and Rojal. It fermented in small vats with 30% full clusters and indigenous yeasts and matured in concrete egg for 14 months. It's 13.5% and has notes of fresh berries, aromatic herbs, flowers and a spicy touch. It's very perfumed, expressive and showy. The palate is medium-bodied and nicely textured, with very good freshness, acidity and balance and very fine and sophisticated tannins. There's purity and elegance, nuance and character. I love it! 4,000 bottles were filled in January 2022.
