A plurivarietal mixture of old vines on the Miño side of the Ribeira Sacra, with granite soil. Mencía, Garnacha, Merenzao, Brancellao, Godello Treixadura and Jerez.
Fermentation in stainless steel. Maceration lasted 12 days and the wine was pressed while it was still fermenting. Aging in a combination of stainless steel, demijohn and French oak.
