From the 'El Peinao' Plot of 2 hectares at 546 meters above sea level. Clay-ferrous soil and to a lesser extent calcareous and alluvial. Orientation East-West. 100% Garnacha Blanca.
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes during the first days of October. Manual selection of bunches in the winery. Gentle pressing followed by static settling and fermentation and aging in 500-litre Hungarian oak barrels on its lees for 10 months with weekly battonâge.
Production: 1,330 bottles.
