From different vineyards with an average age of 40 years and clay-calcareous soils. 95% Tempranillo, 3% Graciano and 2% Garnacha.
Aged for 24 months in previously wrapped American oak barrels. During this period they have carried out 4 rackings (one every 6 months) using the traditional "Bask to Barrel" method, thus achieving a natural decantation of the dregs by gravity and avoiding the use of filters and clarifications. Subsequently a minimum of 18 months in the bottle.
