From the plot located on the slopes of the place called “le Tresquoy”. On the left bank of the Rhône, between Orange and Avignon, at Châteauneuf du Pape. The vines planted between 1980 and 1985 are mostly located on calcareous soils with white boulders. 80% Garnacha and 20% Syrah.

Completely destemmed before being vinified in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Vinification and fermentation for a minimum of 21 days in temperature-controlled tanks, load shedding and daily pump-overs. Aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats and tanks. Light filtration before bottling.
