La Poulosa 2019 | La Vizcaína
From 2 hectares of vineyards on a plot called La Poulosa, it is one of the warmest in all of Valtuille, facing southeast at 550 meters above sea level and with sandy soil.
Manual harvest. Fermentation takes place in large open vats with 80 percent of the stems and maceration takes place for 60 days. Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
