A 3.36 hectare plot with vineyards planted in 1993, located on a hillside at 900 metres above sea level with a slope of over 30%. The vineyard is trained in a vertical bush and borders a pine forest at the top, where various native species of flora and fauna coexist. The soil is limestone marl, with outcrops of gypsum and whitish calcareous salts. 100% Tinto fino.

  Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes pass through a cold chamber and a double selection table, first of whole bunches and, after destemming, of berries. The must was moved by gravity and the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations were carried out in small wooden vats to mark the personality of the terroir. Aged for 24 months in new 225-litre extra-fine grain French oak barrels.
