30-year-old vineyard located 1 km from Clos de Vougeot, gently sloping slopes, facing east-southeast at 350 meters above sea level. Clay-calcareous soil, 50% stony. 100% Pinot Noir.

  Half is destemmed. Cold maceration for one week, native yeasts. Long incubation for 5 to 6 weeks at 30°, with frequent pumping over, punching down and “pigeotaje”, and a warmer temperature before pressing. Aged for 18 months on fine lees worked in barrels. Oak (30% new, 30% wine, 40% less than 3 years old).
