20-year-old vineyard located 1 km from Clos de Vougeot, gently sloping slopes, facing east-southeast at 350 meters above sea level. Clay-calcareous soil. 100% Pinot Noir.
100% destemmed. Cold maceration for a week, native yeasts. Vatted for fifteen days at 30°C with frequent bazuqueos with a warmer final temperature. Aging for 12 months on fine worked lees: 50% in stainless steel vats, 50% in oak barrels, 1/3 of which are new and 2/3 less than 3 years old.
