Coming a single plot of 3 hectares. The vineyard is located at the entrance to the Sierra de Baza Natural Park in the "El Parral" area, 1,000 meters above sea level, with very stony, clayey and calcareous soil. 100% Tempranillo.
Harvested by hand in 12 kg boxes. Selection of grapes in the field and in the winery. Fermentation with native yeasts, in stainless steel tanks of 5000 liters. Daily pump-overs and soft pressing with a traditional vertical press. Aging for 12 to 16 months depending on the vintage in 300-liter barrels.
