Coming from approximately 3 hectares of vineyards located in the town of Valtuille de Abajo that are crossed by the Camino de Santiago. With clay-calcareous soil.
The grape is worked with stem. Fermentation is in truncated cone-shaped wooden tanks, long macerations, without temperature control. Aged for approximately 12 months in barrels and in frustoconical tanks.
